MES Plus – Hanwha Qcells Project

Developed a customized MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solution for Hanwha Qcells’ solar panel factory in Georgia, Dalton. Integrated real-time equipment control using middleware (MC, Highway101) and implemented material inventory tracking and label issuing at the shipment stage. Successfully deployed the entire production line configuration, resulting in a CEO commendation for outstanding project delivery.

Samsung SDI AceLine Project
MES PLUS & Equipment Control – Samsung SDI

Led MES development and operational support for the AceLine at Samsung SDI’s EV battery manufacturing site in Giheung. Covered full production processes from mixing, assembly, formation to shipment by developing and maintaining C#-based MES applications. Handled real-time equipment monitoring and communication through middleware, ensuring reliable operations and synchronized data flows across stages. Designed and executed complex Oracle queries to mine and analyze material inventory data for process optimization.
